Job summary

Privé Group Real Estate in Doha, Qatar is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to manage the residential leasing cycle from lead generation through property matching, viewings, negotiation, documentation and move-in, while building strong, lasting client relationships.

You will respond to enquiries, coordinate viewings, negotiate terms, handle tenancy documentation and deposits, and support renewals in coordination with the Property Management team, aiming to maximise occupancy with

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential leasing or related client-facing real estate role.
• Experience managing leasing cycle from enquiry to completion.
• Knowledge of Doha's residential market and rental values.
• Experience showing properties and following up with clients.
• Strong understanding of tenancy documentation and deposits.
• Proven sales, negotiation and closing skills.
• Experience using a CRM or lead-management system.
• Excellent spoken and written English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage the residential leasing cycle from lead generation through move-in and ongoing client relationship management.
• Respond to property enquiries, coordinate viewings and communicate rental terms.
• Negotiate commercial terms where appropriate and guide landlords and tenants through the leasing process.
• Coordinate tenant screening, tenancy documentation, deposits and move-ins with the Property Management team.
• Support rent follow-up, renewals and tenancy terminations as required.
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell Privé services and maintain high professionalism and confidentiality.
