Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a senior Partnership Marketing Manager to own a portfolio of external partners across loyalty, subscriptions, and corporate partnerships.
You will work with Product and Tech to translate commercial terms into product requirements, drive go-to-market plans, and champion partner benefits adoption across the platform. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a plus.
Competenze
- 4+ years of experience in partnership marketing or related fields.
- Proven track record growing partner portfolios after deal close.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Tech to translate terms into requirements.
- Knowledge of loyalty, rewards, or membership programs.
- CRM discipline and contract tracking experience.
- Strong English; Arabic is a plus for Qatar.

- Develop vertical-level penetration plans and prioritize acquisition.
- Advise on partner selection and maintain a targeted list across categories.
- Identify premium offers and exclusive perks to drive engagement.
- Negotiate terms, exclusivity, and co-marketing commitments with speed.
- Coordinate go-to-market plans with stakeholders.
- Lead active partnerships across Loyalty, Subscription, and Corporate Partnerships.
- Maintain partner relationships with regular reviews and issue resolution.
- Identify expansion opportunities and present business cases.
