Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks a Strategic Finance Lead to anchor decision-making with advanced financial modelling and data-driven insights. You’ll partner with executive, commercial, and operations teams to dissect unit economics, evaluate new markets, and drive strategic initiatives with robust analyses.

Expect to build end-to-end models, perform valuation exercises, and create board-ready presentations.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of FP&A, business finance, or strategic finance experience in fast-moving consumer/tech/marketplace businesses.
• Proven ability to build complex, formula-driven models from scratch.
• Experience with three-statement models, DCF, unit economics, or similar analyses.
• Ability to structure messy data into a clear, defensible narrative and present to leadership.
• Strong written and verbal communication; board-ready slide creation.

Responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve financial models for budgeting, reforecasting, and scenario planning across markets and business lines.
• Support valuation exercises and business-case analyses for initiatives and investments.
• Analyze unit economics to identify profitability drivers and risks.
• Work with large datasets to derive actionable leadership insights.
• Prepare board-level presentations with variance analysis and commentary.
• Collaborate with commercial, operations, and expansion teams to inform decisions.
• Own recurring reporting (KPI trackers, dashboards, performance packs) with high accuracy.
• Contribute to ad hoc strategic analyses including market entry and pricing.
