Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar's homegrown Super App, seeks a seasoned leader to own loyalty and partnerships as a product-led engine. You will drive tier design, engagement, and economics while building a robust partner network that adds real value for members.

Lead a small team, manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, CRM, and Marketing, and relentlessly pursue net-new partners and monetization opportunities across the GCC. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in loyalty, partnerships, or commercial strategy.
• Direct experience owning or co-owning a loyalty, membership, or rewards program.
• Experience leading a team of 3–6 people.
• Full sales cycle ownership with proven closes.
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end loyalty program strategy and KPIs.
• Shape the loyalty product roadmap with Product & Tech.
• Lead quarterly program reviews with leadership.
• Design and execute member engagement campaigns with CRM & Digital Marketing.
• Own partner acquisition targets and full outreach cycle.
• Negotiate terms and co-marketing commitments with partners.
• Develop vertical penetration plans for GCC market expansion.
