Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, seeks a Retail Media Specialist to drive annual revenue from FMCG/CPG brands. You will lead JBPs, secure committed spend, and expand retail media across campaigns, activations, and partnerships in Qatar, UAE, and beyond.

The role requires 3+ years in FMCG partnerships, strong ROI framing, and bilingual Arabic/English communication. Willingness to travel regionally is expected as part of this cross-vertical commercial bridge.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in FMCG Key Account Management or Retail Media Sales in GCC.
• Fluent in English and Arabic with executive-level communication.
• Strong relationships with FMCG/retail decision-makers in Qatar/UAE.

Responsabilités

• Structure, negotiate, and close annual JBPs and framework agreements with top FMCG brands.
• Position Snow's retail media suite as a core value driver in JBP conversations and ROI messaging.
• Proactively sell campaigns, placements, and co-funded activations to brands and agencies.
• Manage regional presence and travel to Dubai and KSA for negotiations and relationship-building.
