Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a Corporate Business Manager to lead flagship government and corporate partnership projects. You will coordinate with ministries, universities, and institutional partners on programs like Tamwin and major national events.

Represent Snoonu at national forums, manage ongoing government relationships, and drive cross‑functional delivery with Marketing, Legal, Operations and CSR to ensure projects meet scope, timelines and impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in government relations, business development, corporate partnerships, or strategic project management.
• Proven experience with government entities, ministries, or academic institutions in Qatar.
• Strong project management skills and ability to handle multiple stakeholders and tight timelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and project tracking tools.
• Strong written and verbal communication in Arabic (Qatari Accent) and English.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large-scale government and semi-government partnership projects from initiation through execution, ensuring delivery on scope, timeline, and impact targets.
• Coordinate participation in major national and cultural events including logistics and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain ongoing project relationships with government entities, ensuring regular communication and issue resolution.
• Track, analyze, and report on GMV performance and impact metrics for each project to the Senior Manager.
• Identify and develop new corporate partnership opportunities with government, semi-government, and institutional stakeholders.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and briefs for new projects and partnerships.
• Lead sponsorship and cooperation opportunities with academic and governmental bodies.
• Represent Snoonu alongside the Senior Manager at national events, summits, and institutional meetings.
