Job summary
Oliver Wyman is seeking a Partner Talent Management Lead to join our IMEA Talent Management Team, shaping talent strategy and governance for the region. You will drive partner review cycles, development plans, and related talent administration to strengthen leadership pipeline and firm performance.
Based in Dubai, Riyadh, or Doha, this role requires senior stakeholder management, advisory presence with leadership, and a track record of running complex talent processes across regional teams.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in partner-level talent strategy and operations.
- Experience with performance management, coaching and leadership development.
- Strong stakeholder management and advisory capabilities with senior leadership.
- Analytical skills with data-driven decision making.
- Ability to design and deliver talent programs across regions.
- Experience leading cross-functional talent initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end partner review cycles, timelines, logistics, and materials for the IMEA region.
- Act as career advisor for Partners; clarify career and growth plans within the firm.
- Maintain partner performance data; generate summaries and dashboards for leadership.
- Collaborate to design and deliver tailored Partner development programs addressing regional needs.
- Lead PRC process and ensure compelling business cases and candidate experience.
- Work with Talent and Recruiting heads to evaluate and improve recruitment outcomes.
