Job summary

Maseera is seeking a proactive HR lead to manage day-to-day HR operations across the Middle East, including Qatar, UAE and KSA. Based in our Qatar office, the role serves as the HR face for employees and management, ensuring smooth communication and alignment with Group HR policies.

The incumbent liaises between regional offices and Head Office HR, supporting recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and routine HR administration while ensuring local labor law compliance and a positive work

Responsibilities

• Act as the first point of contact for regional HR queries and coordinate with Head Office HR.
• Support implementation of HR policies, initiatives, and communications across Qatar, UAE, and KSA.
• Provide input on policy updates and improvements ensuring alignment with local labor laws and compliance.
• Source, screen and shortlist regional candidates and coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and Head Office HR.
• Plan, schedule, and ensure all new employee orientations are completed within SOP timelines.
• Ensure employee contracts are up to date and initiate renewals before expiry.
• Gather market insights on salaries and benefits to support Head Office compensation planning.
• Coordinate HR operations including employee insurance, travel arrangements, documentation, and logistics.
• Assist in the performance appraisal process by managing OKR inputs in HRIS.
• Facilitate employee relations, grievance handling, and promote a positive work culture.
• Engage with the CEG Team to plan wellbeing, awareness and engagement events for regional staff.

Based in our Qatar regional office this role serves as the HR face and point of contact for employees and management in the region ensuring smooth communication operational efficiency and alignment with Group HR policiesand direction.

The incumbent will act as a liaison between the regional offices and the Head Office HR team assisting in recruitment coordination onboarding documentation employee relations and routine HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Support implementation of HR policies initiatives and communications across Qatar UAE and KSA.
