Maseera in Lusail, Qatar seeks an experienced Head of HR Business Partnering to lead the HR partnership strategy across affiliated entities. You will act as the principal HR focal point for leadership, shaping talent, performance, reward, employee relations and change initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and at least 8 years in progressive HR roles, ideally in financial services or multi-entity environments. Arabic language skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, Law, business or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive HR experience with strong HR business partnering.
• Experience in workforce planning, organization design, and talent management.
• Experience coordinating HR specialist teams to deliver integrated people solutions.
• Multinational, multi-entity or regulated environments preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develop and implement the HR business partnering framework and annual priorities.
• Coordinate HR requirements across affiliated entities and specialist HR functions.
• Lead workforce planning, manpower budgeting, organization design and succession activities.
• Evaluate workforce trends, organizational capability and people-related risks.
• Advise leaders on talent, performance, reward, employee relations and change.
• Review organization structures, workforce requests, promotions, transfers and salary proposals.
• Prepare workforce insights, business cases, management reports and executive recommendations.
• Strengthen HR governance, service standards and stakeholder experience.
