Job summary

QNB Group seeks an experienced Strategy Development Senior Manager to lead a portfolio of group-wide strategy assignments across international networks. You will own development of regional and country strategies, align with executive management, and oversee KPI-driven delivery and governance.

You will guide senior staff, drive performance improvements, and manage relationships with business units and country GMs to ensure timely, high-impact strategy outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master degree with MBA preferred and 15+ years of strategic leadership experience.
• Proven track record in managing large, cross-country strategy initiatives.
• Strong financial planning, KPI setting and performance monitoring capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage group-wide strategy assignments across domestic and international domains.
• Develop and monitor financial plans, KPIs and performance metrics for strategic projects.
• Coordinate with senior executives on board presentations, governance, and public documents.
• Supervise the Strategy Development team and ensure high-quality delivery across projects.
