Job summary

QNB Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Strategy Development to lead the portfolio of group-wide strategy assignments across its international network. The role drives regional and country strategies, develops performance metrics, and supports executive interviews and public documents.

The successful candidate will manage cross-functional teams, align internal customer needs with strategic initiatives, and oversee planning processes, governance, and risk controls in a complex banking group

Qualifications

Bachelor9s / Masters (Masters preferred) and MBA.
Minimum 15 years work experience with at least 7 years in a strategy development role and senior management.
Experience at top-tier strategy consulting firms or in a major international financial services institution.

Responsibilities

Lead Group-wide strategy assignments across regions and countries.
Develop and monitor KPIs and performance metrics for strategy projects.
Prepare board presentations and public documents as requested by Executive Management.
Oversee HR-related activities within the team including recruitment and development.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and risk management frameworks within strategy projects.
