Job summary

Confidential is seeking an IT leader to drive end-to-end project delivery across core enterprise applications and cloud platforms in Doha. The role requires governance, vendor management and strong stakeholder engagement to align IT services with business needs.

You will oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft 365 licensing, Azure/GCP, and security controls while coordinating with business units and partners to optimize processes and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or a related field.
• Hands-on or strong functional/project experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing enterprise business applications, including support, enhancements, integrations and rollouts.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 administration/licensing and Azure and/or GCP.
• Sound understanding of network, server, firewall, backup, endpoint and cybersecurity environments.
• Experience managing IT vendors, SLAs, contracts and technology evaluations.
• Experience in IT governance, policies, change management, risk management and project reporting.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end IT projects from initiation to closure.
• Build and maintain project plans, budgets and RAID logs.
• Coordinate stakeholders, IT teams, vendors and consultants to deliver on scope and budget.
• Run project governance, status reporting and change control.
• Manage UAT, cutover, deployment and handover to operations.
• Coordinate business applications management and vendor relations.
• Oversee Microsoft 365 licensing, Azure and other cloud integrations.
• Support cloud migration, security and DR initiatives.
• Coordinate IT service management, incidents and escalation for projects.
• Promote governance, policies and controls across IT functions.
