Job summary

Vistas Global in Doha is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead and coordinate multiple IT initiatives, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

You will manage complex projects, monitor scope, cost, risks, and resources, collaborate with business and IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders, and drive governance and reporting while ensuring banking compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, Finance, or related field.
• 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong project management, analytical, decision-making, and leadership skills.
• PMI / Project Management certification.
• Banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage large and complex IT projects.
• Monitor project scope, timeline, cost, resources, risks, and quality.
• Coordinate with business, IT teams, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Track project progress, milestones, and deliverables.
• Manage project documentation, reporting, and governance.
