Qualifications

• BSc degree in management, finance, CS, technology or engineering.
• PMI-PMP certification preferred.
• 8–10 years in project management with at least 5 years in leadership within a financial institution.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• Experience in digital product/services development and agile teams.
• Experience with testing/QA.

Responsibilities

• Lead project management across design, procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external service providers for successful execution.
• Direct and manage project teams and third-party contractors.
• Ensure projects stay within timeline, budget, and quality standards.
• Oversee design reviews and change control for project layouts.
• Monitor progress and report to executives.
