Job summary

High Tech Genesis in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced Technical Lead to steer a complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation. You will own end-to-end technical architecture, guide cross-functional teams, and ensure secure, scalable solutions across integrations, portals and Dataverse.

The role requires deep expertise in Java/Spring Boot, AWS and distributed systems, with hands-on experience in edge computing and ML-driven data platforms.

Qualifications

• 10+ years building production distributed systems.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot expertise.
• Extensive REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architectures experience.
• Robust AWS experience across compute, storage, networking and IAM.
• Hands-on edge computing, CDN/execution environments, edge workers (e.g., Lambda@Edge).
• Experience building data platforms for ML inference/model serving.
• Solid system design, scalability, reliability, observability and security.
• Proven track record taking systems from 0 to 1 amid evolving requirements.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence across teams.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and LLM-powered workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture for Dynamics 365, integrations, portals and rules.
• Mentor multidisciplinary development teams and drive best practices.
• Design and oversee Dynamics 365/Dataverse, workflows, and security.
• Oversee APIs, integrations, portals and business rules/decision engines.
• Ensure secure, scalable and maintainable solutions aligned with standards.
• Lead design reviews, code reviews, testing, releases and production readiness.
• Establish and oversee CI/CD, DevOps and technical governance.
• Identify risks and dependencies; drive timely resolution.
• Drive 0-to-1 system delivery in a dynamic requirements environment.
• Communicate effectively to influence technical decisions across teams.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve engineering workflows.
