Job summary

Auxai Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Doha invites an experienced Service/Project Manager with 8+ years in IT projects and 3–5 years in Dynamics 365 CE to lead delivery and service operations.

You will coordinate with business stakeholders, IT teams and Microsoft partners, manage scope, budget, risks, and lead UAT, change and release management while ensuring SLA adherence and a strong user experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications are an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Dynamics 365 CE projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Oversee L1/L2/L3 service support operations, ensuring SLA compliance and timely resolution.
• Work with business stakeholders, IT teams, and Microsoft vendors/partners to manage priorities and deliverables.
• Plan and track project scope, schedule, budget, risks, quality, and resources.
• Lead UAT, change management, and release management activities.
• Manage incident, problem, and escalation management processes.
• Coordinate with Development, Power Platform, Azure, and Integration teams.
• Monitor Microsoft product updates and contribute to the Dynamics 365 CRM roadmap.
