Job summary

Confidential Careers is seeking a Head of Portfolio Management in Doha, Qatar, to lead a high-value program delivery office in a complex, multi-stakeholder environment. The role is senior, engaging with senior executives and government entities to shape a portfolio of strategic initiatives.

You will drive cross-workstream delivery, challenge progress, and translate priorities into tangible outcomes. Fluency in English is essential and Arabic is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Experience across large-scale transformation, programmes, portfolios or strategic delivery.
• Experience with senior executives and complex stakeholder groups.
• Background with a leading consulting firm, government entity, sovereign organisation, major transformation programme or large enterprise.
• Executive communication and leadership.
• Interest in AI and emerging technologies.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or relevant certification advantageous.
