Job summary

Qatar Airways is seeking a Manager HR Projects in Doha, Qatar, to lead large-scale human resources initiatives that align with the airline's strategic objectives. Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience for Bachelor's Degree holders.
• Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience for High School Diploma holders.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, recommend, and execute project roadmaps for HR initiatives.
• Plan, manage, and deliver HR projects within approved standards.
• Lead HR projects from evaluation to operational implementation.
• Manage internal and external stakeholders for project alignment.
• Monitor project execution and address any blockers.
• Create and track project budgets and prepare reports for stakeholders.
