Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior HR Operations leader to oversee international HR operations across EMEA and APAC from Qatar, ensuring compliant, efficient and scalable processes that balance global standards with local employment law.

You will drive ESS/MSS adoption, automation and global process standardisation, advise on restructures, manage a small HR Operations team, and partner with Legal, Payroll, Finance and Centres of Excellence to mitigate risks.

Qualifications

• Significant multi-country HR Operations experience across EMEA and APAC.
• Strong knowledge of international employment legislation and compliance.
• Experience within complex multinational organisations.
• Strong HR technology, HRIS, automation and process transformation experience.
• Experience with payroll, governance, data privacy and operational controls.
• Strong senior stakeholder management and advisory capability.
• Experience supporting restructures and organisational change.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Law or related field.
• Fluent English; Arabic preferred not essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR Operations expertise across multiple international jurisdictions.
• Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and HR governance requirements.
• Translate local requirements into scalable global HR processes.
• Drive HR process standardisation, ESS/MSS, automation and digital transformation.
• Advise on restructures, workforce transitions and complex operational HR matters.
• Partner with HRBPs, Legal, Payroll, Finance and Centres of Excellence.
• Maintain strong HR data, audit, governance and operational controls.
• Identify regional HR risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Lead continuous improvement across HR service delivery.
• Provide guidance to a small HR Operations team.
