Job summary

PPL Dynamics in Doha, Qatar, is seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive adoption of Oracle Fusion HCM across 3,000+ employees and 12,000+ contingent workers, with a 24/7 shift model. You will own the people-readiness plan, coordinating change management, communications, training, and the HR Operating Model transition.

The role requires building a large Change Champion network, delivering multi-channel communications in English, Arabic, and expat languages, ensuring readiness moves

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 10+ years total experience in change management and HR transformation.
• ERP/HCM implementations experience, ideally including aviation or 24/7 shift environments.
• Change Management certification (Prosci, ACMP or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Translate the program-level change framework into a single integrated HR people readiness plan spanning change, communications, training coordination, and operating model transition.
• Identify and monitor people readiness risks, adoption performance, and related metrics to trigger mitigations ahead of milestones.
• Lead HR Change Champion network across function, terminal, and shift with formal BAU release protocols and sustainment beyond Hypercare.
