Job summary

Snoonu in Doha is seeking a Business Finance Specialist - Commercial (Food & Non-Food) to partner with the Food GM and cross-functional leaders. You will challenge commissions, model partnerships, and tell the P&L story to leadership with rigorous analysis.

You’ll own end-to-end P&L, drive revenue and margin improvements, and build BI dashboards turning messy data into actionable scorecards. This is a high-growth role for a finance professional who thrives in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• <span>Strong FP&A, commercial finance, or business partnering foundation.</span>
• <span>Sharp grip on revenue models, unit economics, take-rate, and margin.</span>
• <span>Advanced Excel / Google Sheets.</span>
• <span>Can tell a story with numbers and present to GM/leadership.</span>
• <span>Opinionated but constructive - push back when numbers disagree.</span>
• <span>Built to operate in fast, ambiguous, high-growth environments.</span>

Responsibilities

• <span>Sit next to the GM as their finance co-pilot in weekly commercial steering meetings and strategy debates.</span>
• <span>Own the P&L end-to-end from revenue to bottom line.</span>
• <span>Partner with Account Managers to shape restaurant strategy and commission structures.</span>
• <span>Push back on commercial assumptions with data-backed analysis.</span>
• <span>Turn messy P&L dynamics into clear narratives for leadership.</span>
• <span>Lead the financial case for new bets with ROI and risk framing.</span>
• <span>Co-own promo strategy: model discount impact, LTV, and margins.</span>
• <span>Spot risks in Food P&L and implement fixes.</span>
• <span>Build BI, dashboards and data plumbing for self-serve insights.</span>
