Job summary

Snoonu is hiring a Growth Operations Manager in Qatar to own and optimize our platform budget for order and partner liquidity. You will manage a multi-million QAR monthly budget across the Account Management team, designing transparent spend allocation and ROI-driven processes that scale as we grow.

You will build frameworks, set ROI thresholds, and partner with Account Managers to drive efficiency, while providing real-time spend tracking and executive-level reporting to the GM.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years in operations, growth, strategy, or commercial roles (startup/scale-up preferred)
• Experience building business cases and spend optimization frameworks
• Ability to push back on senior managers and negotiate fairly

Responsibilities

• Own monthly co-funding budget allocation with full approval authority
• Reject or approve co-funding requests from Account Managers based on ROI thresholds
• Design and enforce transparent, non-biased allocation frameworks balancing liquidity, value and fairness
• Track spend vs. budget weekly and optimize in real-time
• Create a co-funding process from scratch within 30-60 days
• Establish thresholds for funding and spend caps per Account Manager
• Provide weekly budget status briefings to GM and stakeholders
• Document processes to enable the system to run with minimal GM involvement
• Partner with Account Managers to educate on co-funding strategy and constraints
• Align with Sales and Operations on strategic co-funding priorities
