Job summary

Qataryello is seeking a skilled FP&A professional to join its finance team in Qatar. You will support budgeting, forecasting cycles, and long-term planning, while analysing performance and key drivers to guide strategic decisions.

In this role you will build financial models, perform profitability analyses across products and channels, and partner with commercial teams to optimise pricing and cost structures. Strong Excel, reporting, and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Must have strong analytical and modelling capabilities.
• Experience supporting budgeting and forecasting cycles.
• Advanced Excel and reporting skills are essential.
• FMCG, consumer goods, or retail context is advantageous.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support preparation of annual budgets, forecasts and long-term plans.
• Analyze financial performance and identify key drivers.
• Prepare monthly/quarterly management reports with KPI analysis.
• Monitor performance against targets and provide insights.
• Collaborate with operational/commercial teams to improve profitability.
• Conduct profitability analysis across products, channels, customers.
• Support pricing analysis and evaluate commercial initiatives.
• Review costs and build financial models for growth initiatives.
• Assist with investment appraisals and cash flow forecasting.
• Enhance reporting processes and planning frameworks.
• Develop and track KPIs to measure business performance.
