Job summary

EY is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis Lead/Manager based in Doha or Bahrain to drive P&L analysis, budgeting and forecasting for a Service Line. You will mentor a team of FP&A analysts, deliver weekly and monthly performance reports, and develop financial models to support strategic decisions.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years finance experience, strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, and a track record of driving insights in a fast-paced, matrixed professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Finance-related degree from a reputable university.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant FP&A/finance experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of FP&A analysts, ensuring timely and accurate deliverables.
• Oversee weekly and monthly reports on business performance.
• Own and manage the P&L, ensuring accuracy and accountability across reporting cycles.
• Drive Actual vs. Plan tracking on KPIs with actionable insight.
