Job summary

A leading corporate group in Doha, Qatar seeks an experienced FP&A Manager to oversee budgeting, forecasting, and strategic analysis across multiple business units and subsidiaries. The role includes developing financial models, consolidating budgets, and evaluating performance against KPIs for senior leadership and the CFO.

The ideal candidate will have 10–12 years of FP&A experience, including at least five years in a managerial role, with strong Excel and ERP skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 10–12 years FP&A experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial role.
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling expertise.
• Advanced Excel skills and ERP systems proficiency.
• GCC experience is required for candidates applying from outside Doha.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting processes across business units.
• Develop, maintain, and improve financial models to support planning and strategic decisions.
• Consolidate budgets across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
• Analyze financial performance, budget-versus-actual results, and KPIs.
• Support investment decisions, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic evaluations.
• Prepare business cases and provide financial insights to senior management and the CFO.
• Identify opportunities to improve financial planning, reporting, and analysis processes.
• Coordinate financial planning activities across different business units and corporate functions.
