Job summary

Snoonu, Qatar’s homegrown Super App, is seeking a strategic Product Manager to drive key initiatives from ideation to launch. You will balance innovation with practical execution, collaborating across engineering, design, marketing and operations to deliver market-leading features.

You’ll lead data-driven decisions, run experiments, define KPIs, and communicate progress to senior leadership. A 5+ year track record in product management and strong Agile/Scrum experience are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in product management or equivalent.
• Strong Agile/Scrum background and data-driven decision making.
• Experience with user research, surveys and interviews.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing and operations.
• Prioritize backlog and manage timelines for features.
• Utilize A/B testing and market analysis to validate concepts and KPIs.
• Communicate vision and progress to stakeholders and leadership.
