Job summary

Vistas Global is seeking an experienced Transformation & Development Project Manager in Doha to lead institutional development, innovation, digital transformation, and government transformation initiatives. You will manage strategic and operational projects, monitor plans and KPIs, and coordinate stakeholders across ministries, agencies, and partners in the GCC region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Master's degree preferred for senior roles.

Responsibilities

• Lead institutional development, innovation and government transformation initiatives from planning through closure.
• Develop implementation plans, milestones and deliverables with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor progress against strategic objectives and KPIs; report deviations.
• Coordinate across internal departments and external entities to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
• Identify and mitigate operational risks and escalations; implement corrective actions.
• Prepare executive reports and dashboards for senior management.
• Support governance, operating model improvements and process optimization.
• Oversee innovation plans and coordinate related workshops.
• Organize project meetings and document decisions, actions, and deadlines.
• Ensure alignment with organizational objectives and continuous improvement.
