Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant commercial, analytical or quantitative discipline with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience using market intelligence, pricing and/or business performance data to support commercial decision-making.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills with the ability to communicate recommendations across functions.

Responsibilities

• Act as pricing focal point for assigned markets and customer segments; manage day-to-day pricing activities.
• Support development and execution of short, medium and long-term pricing initiatives.
• Monitor demand trends and performance indicators; implement pricing actions to maximize revenue and yield.
• Create and test pricing rules in the pricing system; review rules regularly.
• Monitor market developments, competitor activity and economic trends for opportunities and risks.
• Oversee rate strategies, pricing negotiations, and RFQ coordination to support revenue growth.
• Translate market intelligence into pricing recommendations to maximize revenue and network contribution.
• Prepare data-driven presentations and recommendations for senior management.
