Job summary

Qatar Airways Cargo in Doha is seeking a commercially minded Head of Cargo Products to shape, grow and future-proof its global product portfolio. Based at our Doha headquarters, you will own strategy, lifecycle and commercial performance of the portfolio.

You will lead a team of experts, set KPIs, drive pricing and governance, and partner with joint ventures and customers to ensure end-to-end excellence and profitable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with deep industry knowledge.
• Senior-level commercial and operational responsibility within logistics.
• Strong interpersonal skills and English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Set global product strategy and portfolio roadmap.
• Own full product lifecycle from idea to retirement and performance reviews.
• Lead launches, value propositions, and training materials with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with joint partners to grow and govern products end-to-end.
• Define pricing structures and ensure integration into systems.
• Maintain product standards, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead a high-performing team of product experts.
