Job summary

Qatar Airways Cargo is seeking a commercially minded product leader based at our Doha headquarters to own the global product portfolio. This role leads strategy, lifecycle, pricing and performance, partnering with Sales, RM and Operations to drive profitable growth and strong customer value.

You will build a high-performing team, shape partnerships with IAG Cargo and MASkargo, and ensure products meet network demands while staying compliant and competitive across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 10 years of industry experience.
• Senior-level commercial and operational responsibility in product logistics.
• Proven track record in business development, growth delivery and key account engagement.
• Strong interpersonal skills and command of the English language.

Responsibilities

• Set global product strategy and roadmap for Qatar Airways Cargo.
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle from idea through launch and retirement.
• Define KPIs and review portfolio performance with Sales, RM and Operations.
• Prepare business cases with financial return, risk and brand impact.
• Lead product governance with partners and align networks across regions.
• Collaborate on launches with Sales, Marketing and regional teams.
