Job summary

Talent Leaders Inc. seeks a Business Development Manager to drive the education software and LMS portfolio in Qatar. You will own the full sales cycle, prospecting to close, while collaborating with account managers, presales and partners to expand revenue in government, enterprise, and academic sectors.

You will build a robust pipeline, forecast accurately, and lead negotiations with IT and senior decision makers, ensuring delivery of training programs and high utilisation of client credits.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in education software, e-learning or tech training sales.
• At least 3 years in Qatar with a network across government, enterprise and education buyers.
• Fluency in Arabic and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle for education software from prospecting to close.
• Build and forecast education sales pipeline with account managers and partners.
• Grow upsell and cross-sell revenue with education solutions in tech contracts.
• Lead proposals, pricing and negotiations through to contract signature.
• Maintain CRM records and track client training plans and usage.
