Job summary

The MSI Group is seeking a Learning and Development Specialist in Doha to lead competency-based learning, leadership and talent development initiatives. You will coordinate needs analyses with business stakeholders, manage programs, and track outcomes using SAP SuccessFactors LMS and MS Office tools.

Role requires strong collaboration with external partners, ability to analyse feedback, and to drive continuous improvement in learning delivery across the organization.

Qualifications

• Non negotiable skill: SAP Successfactor LMS.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinates learning needs analysis activities and processes with business stakeholders.
• Program manages, i.e. schedules, plans, and activates, competency-based learning, leadership and talent development programs and initiatives.
• Administers, collects, and analyses post-programme feedback from participants and/or line managers of participants and/or vendors and facilitators.
• Conducts After-Action Reviews for the purpose of continuous learning delivery improvement and enhancement.
• Provides first-level guidance to employees and line managers on learning solutions to address competency development requirements.
• Co-ordinates with external partners and service providers to fulfil company-wide and department-specific training plans.
• Utilises SAP SuccessFactors LMS and Microsoft Office Suite- Excel; PowerPoint; MS Projects and Power BI (or similar Planning, Scheduling and Reporting tools) to execute the above.
