Job summary

Manforce Trading and Contracting in Qatar seeks a commercially strong Head – Sales & Business Development to drive growth of its manpower supply business. This is a hands-on player-coach role leading the sales function while personally developing strategic accounts and building pipeline.

The initial focus includes Construction & Infrastructure, Oil & Gas / EPC Support Services, and Facilities & Industrial Services.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of relevant sales/business development experience.
• Gulf experience, preferably with direct Qatar exposure.
• Proven manpower supply, workforce outsourcing or related B2B services experience.
• Strong record of acquiring and growing corporate accounts.
• Experience with tenders, commercial proposals and contract negotiations.
• Good understanding of pricing, margins, credit and manpower deployment economics.
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders including CEOs, procurement heads, HR leaders and project directors.
• Experience leading or developing a sales team.
• Strong personal network in Qatar and/or the GCC manpower-services market.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the Qatar sales and business development plan.
• Deliver revenue, gross-profit and collection targets.
• Identify and pursue high-potential clients, projects and manpower opportunities.
• Personally develop strategic accounts and senior-level client relationships.
• Build and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
• Lead client presentations, proposals and commercial negotiations.
• Convert opportunities into sustainable manpower supply contracts.
• Grow existing accounts through renewals, extensions and additional manpower requirements.
• Ensure pricing, terms and CRM discipline are maintained.
• Participate in major contract negotiations and tender outcomes.
