You will schedule and train teams, ensure policy compliance, and collaborate with procurement for product availability and promotions. A customer-focused mindset and proven retail leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail/store environment.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales targets.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Experience in inventory and merchandising processes.
• Ability to develop staff and manage performance.
• Knowledge of store operations and loss prevention.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign staff to meet store requirements.
• Train, coach, and discipline employees; conduct performance appraisals.
• Achieve sales targets and maximize profitability through coaching.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handling of complaints.
• Manage inventory, merchandising, pricing, and promotions.
• Monitor budgets, costs, and store expenses.
• Coordinate with merchandising to plan floor layouts and promotions.
• Prepare reports on sales, stock, and customer feedback.
