Job summary

Alshaya Group in Qatar is seeking a Store Manager to lead retail operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service by the staff. You will work with a variety of departments to maintain store effectiveness and provide training and guidance to your team.

You may deputize for the Store Manager during leaves and will report feedback to store, brand and area managers regarding staff and products to optimise performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail, ideally supervisory.
• Secondary/high school education.
• Understanding of fashion retail (accessories and footwear).
• English language skills; Arabic language skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store staff to ensure highest levels of customer service and sales.
• Collaborate with departments and provide feedback to store, brand and area managers; deputize for the Store Manager during leave.
