Job summary

Confidential Client in Doha seeks an experienced Shop Manager to lead a busy retail store, delivering outstanding customer experiences while driving sales and profitability.

You will manage day-to-day operations, stock control, merchandising, staff scheduling, and KPI reporting, while coaching a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Fluency in English is essential; Arabic is an advantage. A Bachelor’s degree and 4–6 years retail experience, including 2+ in management, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 4–6 years retail experience, incl 2+ years in management.
• Experience leading retail teams and driving commercial performance.
• Strong stock management, merchandising, sales reporting, and operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office; fluent in English; Arabic a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day store operations delivering excellent customer service.
• Drive sales performance and revenue targets.
• Analyse trends, stock replenishment, and inventory control.
• Prepare staff schedules based on traffic and needs.
• Monitor costs and manage budgets; produce KPI reports.
