Job summary

Le Méridien Lusail is seeking a dedicated kitchen steward to support the Food & Beverage team. Direct and assist stewards, ensure cleanliness, prepare stations, and help with banquet plate-ups to maintain smooth service.

You will operate cleaning equipment, maintain safety standards, and contribute to a professional, guest‑focused environment. Prior hospitality experience and a willingness to learn are valued.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: At least 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and assist Stewards to make cleanup more efficient.
• Ensure water temperature and chemical levels are appropriate for cleaning and documented.
• Assist with Banquet plate-ups and support banquet and buffet operations.
• Assist cooks and kitchen staff with various tasks as needed.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment and tools, including the dishwashing machine and related stations.
