Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in Dukhan, Qatar, is seeking an Order Book Support Operator for full-time on-site duties. The role focuses on day-to-day processing of spare parts and repair orders, including AOG scenarios, with an emphasis on timely delivery and budget adherence.

You will assist in forecasting and optimizing inventory to ensure the right mix of repairable and consumable assets, supporting customer requirements and KPIs while collaborating with ITLOC and the UK PPC

Qualifications

• Enhanced understanding of MS Excel would be desirable.
• Institute of Supply Chain Management Level 3, NVQ3 or its equivalent is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support the Spares & Repairs coordinator to ensure timely order placement and accurate transactions.
• Assist the PPC supervisor with AOG spares to resolve demand quickly and compliantly.
• Coordinate with ITLOC to meet customer operational needs.
• Support forecasting and planning related to inventory to balance repairable and consumable assets.
• Assist in inventory management and KPI-driven service levels.
