Job summary

Qualifications

• MS Excel proficiency desirable.
• Supply Chain Management Level 3 / NVQ3 or equivalent is desirable but not essential.
• Valid Driving Licence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day spares and repairs order processing to meet contractual timelines and budgets.
• Support forecasting and optimisation of inventory to maintain appropriate repairable and consumable asset levels.
• Coordinate with PPC supervisor to manage AOG spares activities and ensure timely demand resolution.
• Assist with DSUMs and AOG calls with UK stakeholders and ITLOC integration.
• Monitor inventory planning, stock positioning and product availability; balance service against cost.
• Identify opportunities to minimise expenditure by exploring alternative supply sources and repair scheduling.
