Job summary

BSL in Qatar is seeking an Order Book Support Operator to handle day-to-day spares and repair order processing, ensuring timely execution and budget adherence for inventory demands, including AOG and direct deliveries.

The role also supports forecasting and optimization of inventory to meet customer requirements, coordinating with PPC, ITLOC, and QEAF stakeholders to maintain service levels and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Excel proficiency desirable.
• Institute of Supply Chain Management Level 3 or NVQ3 desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support order book processing to ensure timely transactions.
• Assist the PPC supervisor with AOG spares and demand resolution.
• Contribute to forecasting and planning to balance inventory levels.
