Job summary

BAE Systems Strategic Aerospace Services WLL in Dukhan, Qatar is seeking a Repairs Supervisor to coordinate and supervise the Repairs Demand Management team, ensuring inventory demands are met on time and within budget. You will lead development of demand management capabilities, overseeing resources, processes and IT infrastructure.

You will interface with maintenance, tasking, procurement and suppliers to support continuing airworthiness and contract delivery, while ensuring safety, quality

Qualifications

• Experience in demand management within aerospace or maintenance environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the Repairs Demand Management team to meet contractual requirements within timescales and budgets.
• Lead development and delivery of demand management capabilities including process and IT infrastructure.
• Interface with customers, maintenance tasking, suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure airworthiness and contract delivery.
• Develop robust demand validation and priority management processes to optimize item availability.
• Provide reporting and guidance to improve performance and manage risk.
