Job summary

Swan Global WLL in Doha, Qatar is seeking an experienced stock/inventory controller to manage IFEC spare parts in hangar and warehouse settings. The role requires flexibility for shift work and priority handling of AOG/critical items.

You will ensure proper labeling and release items through the Maintenance IT system, coordinating with the dispatch and repair sections as needed. The position emphasizes accuracy in receiving, binning, and issuing parts, and reporting any stock discrepancies while

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of stock/inventory management experience.

Responsibilities

• Required to work in hangar and warehouse environment.
• Availability to work in shift pattern as and when required.
• Receive, bin and issue IFEC spare parts
• Check for damages, shortages and incorrect materials and reports to Supervisor.
• Ensure correct labeling for those parts which requires binning/issuing.
• Carry out duties in conjunction with Safety, Health and Environment and Safety Regulation.
• Releasing IFEC spare parts through Maintenance IT system
• Assist in performing the inspection of incoming materials/parts.
• Handle receipts and issues of all AOG/critical requirements on top priority.
• Fill the material pick slip and arrange distribution. (Issue counter)
• Notify supervisor for any stock discrepancies.
• Arrangements of repairs to Repair shop.
• Critical / AOG parts monitoring and ordering.
• Coordinate with dispatch section regarding shipments.
