Job summary

Al Abdulghani Motors in Doha is seeking a Service Advisor with a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Automobile Engineering to greet customers, document vehicle issues, and communicate with technicians. Fresh or 1+ years of experience is welcomed, and fluency in Arabic and English is required.

You'll provide cost estimates, repair timelines, and obtain approvals, advise on services and maintenance, and follow up to keep customers informed.

Qualifications

• Fresh or 1+ years of experience.
• Bilingual - Fluent in Arabic & English.
• Ability to coordinate & organize the scheduling of clients service requirements.
• Strong technical knowledge to diagnose vehicles and communicate with workshop technicians.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers, listen to concerns, and document vehicle issues and service requests.
• Prepare job cards and communicate customer concerns to technicians.

• Promote additional services, accessories, and value-added offerings.
• Coordinate with parts, body shop, and technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
