Workshop Manager

Our Client is Qatar’s authorized dealer for Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Peugeot, Ford, and Lincoln Sales and Service.

Responsibilities

• Assist in maintaining work procedures for workshop technicians and mechanics.
• Ensure timely completion of jobs according to the quality standards in the workshop manual and manufacturer's service process.
• Interact with the parts department to address critical and special requirements.
• Oversee induction and training on equipment operations and skills improvement.
• Review repair estimates before providing them to customers and give necessary guidelines.
• Provide effective leadership to the workshop team, motivating members and fostering skill development.
• Participate in meetings with the General Manager and other department heads to review operational issues and concerns.
• Supervise vehicle delivery with Service Advisors to ensure customers receive quality service.

Qualifications

• Engineering graduate.
• Training and certificates meeting dealer standards.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant automotive experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficiency in Arabic (native/mother tongue) and English (Very Good).
