Job summary

Spectrum Solution W.L L is seeking an experienced Training Analyst to support training needs analysis, learning evaluation, LMS administration, reporting, vendor coordination, and training effectiveness. This in-person role is based in Doha, Qatar, and requires a Full-time commitment.

Responsibilities include conducting needs assessments, developing training plans, analyzing feedback, and ensuring compliance with ISO, risk, ISMS, health and safety training requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Minimum 6 years of Learning & Development experience.
• Experience with LMS and HR/ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Knowledge of training evaluation and ROI.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training needs and skill-gap assessments.
• Develop training plans, objectives, and content requirements.
• Analyze training feedback and assessment results.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, ROI, and learning outcomes.
• Prepare training dashboards, reports, and analytics.
• Administer and maintain LMS records.
• Monitor learning trends and best practices.
• Support training audits and compliance requirements.
• Coordinate with training vendors and support tender/procurement documentation.
• Assist with training budgets, contracts, and project follow-up.
• Support ISO, risk, ISMS, health, and safety-related training requirements.
