Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR/BA/psychology; MBA/HR preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in Learning and Development in a similar role.
• Bi-lingual Arabic and English preferable.

Responsibilities

• Conduct skill-gap analyses across departments to identify training priorities.
• Review performance data and stakeholder feedback to set training goals and plans.
• Collaborate with designers, experts, and stakeholders to align content with organizational goals.
• Monitor and report training impact using LMS data, tests and ROI metrics.
• Support LMS administration and training record accuracy; assist audits and compliance.
