Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of job-related experience.
• Experience in Customer Experience or Product Quality in hospitality.
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong focus on Customer Experience and Quality Control in hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Perform conformance checks on cabin appearance, customer experience and grooming standards.
• Record quality checks and prepare reports for the Service Excellence Delivery Specialist.
• Collaborate with cabin appearance and customer-facing staff and line management to address issues and implement corrective actions.
• Report discrepancies promptly and escalate findings to the service excellence delivery specialist.
