Job summary

Airswift is seeking a Senior HR Application Specialist to serve as the expert for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and related HR technology solutions. You will translate requirements into system solutions, manage configuration changes, testing, and release activities, and provide expert support for payroll processing and banking interfaces.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and 10+ years SAP HCM/SuccessFactors Payroll experience.
• Strong analytical, problem solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in end-to-end HR/ payroll system implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support for ECP, payroll processing, testing, and issue resolution.
• Manage integrations, testing, and deployment activities with cross-functional teams.
• Collaborate with HR, Finance, and IT for system improvements and upgrades.
• Lead HR transformation efforts including S/4HANA integration and cutover planning.
