Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Information Technology or related field.
• 10+ years of SAP HCM and SAP SuccessFactors Payroll experience.
• Experience with SAP HCM, S/4HANA, payroll integrations, banking interfaces, and HR technology implementations.
• Proven experience supporting end-to-end implementation and support projects.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
