Job summary

Advanced Search Group in Doha, Qatar is seeking an Assistant Reservations Manager to oversee day-to-day reservation operations and serve as the operational extension of the Director of Revenue Management. You will lead the reservations team, manage inventory and booking flows, and execute pricing and distribution decisions.

Opera Cloud knowledge is essential. You will coordinate with Sales and Revenue Management to optimize occupancy, rate parity, and reporting across PMS, CRS, OTAs, and GDS,

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in hotel reservations or front desk.
• 1–2 years in a supervisory or senior capacity.
• Opera Cloud knowledge is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead the reservations team, oversee daily operations, and ensure accurate data entry across reservations.
• Execute pricing strategies, yield decisions, and distribution controls with the Director of Revenue Management.
• Manage inventory, booking flows, and ensure rate parity across OTAs and PMS/CRS.
• Coordinate with Sales and Revenue Management on promotions, blocks, and reporting.
